• Theater with leather armchair seating
• Billiard room
• Pool house with fitness room, spa showers, sauna, and laundry

Building on the solid rock site required:

• Special permits and extensive blasting
• Removal of approximately 6,000 cubic yards of rock
• On-site processing yielded stone veneer used on the exterior
